- Cancellations can be accepted until May 27, 2005. After that date, a cancellation may result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
- Should the workshops be cancelled due to low attendance, refunds will be given two to four weeks following the conference.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments must be in U.S. dollars. If not using credit card, all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Please make checks payable to NAMS 2005. If you require alternate payment option, please contact Centennial Conferences.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences (contact information below).
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a U.S. $75 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences by May 27, 2005. Cancellation after May 27, 2005 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
After May 27, 2005, one must register on-site.
Registration will be closed at 5:00 PM MST on Friday, May 27, 2005. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by Friday, May 27 in order to be processed as a pre-registration. All registrations received following this date will be processed as an on-site registration. In that case, you must register on-site at the conference – please go to the On-Site Registration Desk.
