Our Program Outcomes are to graduate students that will:
have an ability to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems.
be able to apply the knowledge of mathematics and science in the solution of engineering problems.
be able to understand, analyze and design chemical processes.
be proficient in the use of computers and software packages.
be able to use oral and written communication skills to express their work and ideas with technical as well as non-technical audiences.
be able to learn and think independently, but also be able to function well in a team environment.
be able to design and conduct laboratory experiments as well as to analyze and interpret data
have an awareness that changes in technology require lifelong learning and continued professional development
be aware of the importance of safety practices in their work as chemical engineers
have knowledge of contemporary issues including the environmental, societal and global consequences of their work as chemical engineers
